Born on Vancouver Island, I've learned the value of scenery and activity. After spending time in over 30 countries, I have returned home to the Cowichan Valley to enjoy the overwhelming plentitude of extreme action that takes place in our wilderness playground. I began guiding in a remote, fly-in salmon lodge and later moved to the Alps to take people into the backcountry. In my spare time, I enjoy fly-fishing in our beautiful and scenic lakes and rivers twelve months of the year. You will also find me surfing along the coast or mountain biking through countless untouched mountain trails with unbelievable views. I'm a well-practiced guide with knowledge from mountain tops to ocean floors and know that getting there is half the fun.
