My name is "Toni the Tiger". I am twenty-eight years old and have lived all my life on beautiful Vancouver Island. I have been climbing our trees since the day I was born and still at the age of 28, I make a point of climbing one at least once a year. My strongest assets are my backpacking and wilderness survival skills. Every winter if you can find me, I am spending the night in the mountains inside a snow cave. Who needs a tent when you have the skills to build your own shelter?
I prefer the multi day trips because through my experience, group dynamics unfold after day three and the group really becomes a team. I am a team player and love exploring my back yard (Vancouver Island) with new people who have never experienced the beauty that my home lands have to offer. I am also very knowledgeable with ecosystems and forestry for those who enjoy learning about plants, trees, and all the mysteries of our great wilderness.
